Cars for areas of developing countries is a luxury item. The price offered is far beyond the ability of income citizens residing in regions of developing countries. But along with the progress tekhnology and economic world towards the era of globalization, the car can be produced at competitive prices. China is a big country’s growing to become a developed country, makes a variety of manufactured goods with a more affordable price. this is because of cheaper production costs than countries in the world.
Imposed ACFTA-CHINA-CHINESE ASEA region provides great opportunities for China to enlarge the area of marketing their products, as well as the cars they produce. Then, in the Asean region appears entrepreneurs doubt that there is strong competition to the production of their goods with Chinese products which have a lower price. This resulted in the import duty on Chinese products to 0% at the ‘entrance’ countries in the Asean region.
Consumers can benefit from the existence in this way because of cheaper prices and many options to get a similar product.
